This game jam is an opportunity for all people to come out and make a small game over the weekend of October 24-25. Whether you have been making games for decades, or have never even heard of a game (jam) before, all are welcome. The idea is for those that are more experienced to come out and help the inexperienced people with the process of creating a game. Many people enter Computer Science with the intention of making games. Normally, you don’t get that opportunity until well into your degree. However, we at the Society thought it would be a great idea to organize this event for those people that want to get that opportunity sooner.

In this session, you will learn the basic controls and functionality of the engine, and how to setup a project. If there are any other requests for basic Unity information you would like to see in the tutorial, please feel free to let us know at [email protected].
